Biography

Sune Hein Bertelsen, attorney-at-law, is Leading Senior Tax Policy Adviser at Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) and Chair of the DI tax panel comprised primarily of tax directors of larger member businesses of DI. Internationally Sune Hein Bertelsen is member of BusinessEurope’s Tax Policy Working Group, the Business at OECD (BIAC)’s Committee on Taxation and Fiscal Affairs, and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)’s Commission on Taxation. Sune Hein Bertelsen is a board member of the Danish EU Tax Law Association and lecturer in corporate and advanced tax law at the University of Copenhagen. Previously, Sune Hein Bertelsen has been working in the Danish public tax administration and at the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.
