Biography

Andrea Gallizioli is senior associate at L&P - Ludovici Piccone & Partners a leading Italian tax law firm. His areas of expertise include M&A and business restructuring, stock options and incentive plans for executives, taxation of individuals as well as international and EU tax law. He advises high net wealth individuals with particular reference to estate and succession planning, transfer of businesses, lifetime transfers, asset governance. He has also developed relevant skills in giving assistance in relation to trusts and foundations as well as charities and other non-profit entities. He graduated in Law and Business Administration at Bocconi University in 2009 and he is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Milan.
