Biography

Omar is a sought after advocate in commercial and civil cases, particularly engineering and construction matters where his wealth of experience in the procedure of UAE courts and depth of knowledge of UAE laws is highly valued by the firm's clients. Omar also acts as UAE local counsel in domestic and international arbitration and he is fluent in Arabic and English. Omar graduated from the College of Shari’a and Law (LLB First Class Honours with Distinction) of the UAE University and obtained his LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester.
