Biography

I am a partner at Stephenson Harwood, based in our Paris office and heading the Paris real estate practice. I started as a lawyer twenty years ago in 1998. Firstly, I was acting as in-house counsel in a development company. Then I joined a French real estate lawfirm (Lefèvre Pelletier) where I spent seven years prior to joining the Paris office of Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills). I stayed eleven years in HSF having been made a partner in 2008. I finally joined Stephenson Harwood in 2016 in order to set-up and develop the Paris real estate practice. Our team assists French and foreign real estate investors and asset managers on their investment, development and asset management operations in France. Our team has a longstanding track record in acquisitions, disposals, development projects, management contracts and commercial leases. We are mainly active on operations with office, retail, logistics, hospitality and healthcare underlying assets. We provide sharp and clear advice, dedicated assistance and full capacity to manage the whole process of transactions, from LoI to closing. Our team combines an international culture and an in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector. Our culture is a hands-on working approach and acting with the aim of creating a longstanding and partnership based relationship with clients.
