Rodrigo García

Biography

Rodrigo F. García joined Marval in 1998 and became a partner in 2011. He has more than 20 years of dispute resolution experience and has litigated a broad range of cases. His practice includes arbitration and family law. Rodrigo has been appointed as Regional Representative for Latin America of the IBA Litigation Committee for 2018/2019 and was included in Chambers and Partners’ rankings after receiving solid client endorsement. He was found to be “exceptionally well versed in litigation proceedings, organized, prompt and creative.' He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998, and holds a Master’s degree in corporate and business law from the Universidad Austral, Argentina.
