Biography

Genevieve is a partner and solicitor-advocate at Mishcon de Reya LLP. She is a general commercial litigator acting for both claimants and defendants in domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes. She is accustomed to acting in multi-party actions and has a leading collective actions practice, being one of the four partners heading up the Group Actions practice at Mishcon. Genevieve handles consumer, shareholder, corporate and competition group claims and works with all of the major litigation funders. At present, she is acting for a group of over 450 hotels Europe-wide and a second group of 15-20 well-known UK merchants in interchange claims against Visa and MasterCard in the English High Court. Before joining Mishcon, Genevieve practised in the litigation departments of Linklaters, Bird & Bird and Humphries Kerstetter. She enjoys singing, gardening and spending time with her daughters when she's not resolving her clients' disputes.
