Biography

Peter is a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice, where he heads the Corporate and M&A practice. He was also the Managing Partner of Lydian until 2018. Peter focuses on corporate law and M&A, and is a recognised expert in M&A and private equity work. He regularly advises industrial or strategic buyers, private equity and corporate finance houses, financial institutions, Warranty & Indemnity insurers and real estate investors. He has also been very active in the food and beverage, leisure, energy and ICT sectors. Peter is recommended by Chambers Global and a lecturer in Corporate Law and M&A at the Institute for Business Development (www.ifbd.be). He lived for some time in New York and London and a large part of his education was in English
