Biography

Lise Lotte Hjerrild is specialised in M&A. She advises a number of Danish and foreign companies on all M&A, capital markets and company law matters. Since 1997, Lise Lotte has led a large number (+100) of private and public M&A transactions, including cross-border purchases and sales of companies, mergers and demergers of listed companies, listings and delistings, take-over bids, structured auction processes and investments in Danish and foreign companies. Further, she has a unique experience in privatisations, especially of airports, energy companies and other utilities, and in worldwide group restructurings. Internationally, Lise Lotte is regularly speaking on M&A and Corporate Governance topics. Further, Lise Lotte is an Officer of ABA’s International M&A and Joint Venture Committee. In addition, Lise Lotte is Vice Chair of IBA’s Women Lawyer’s Interest Group and Counsellor of IBA’s Legal Practice Division. Lise Lotte was awarded the Women in Law Awards 2017 in acknowledgement of her outstanding legal expertise and contribution within the practice area of Corporate Governance.
