Biography

Slawomir Uss, Partner at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak Specializes in M&A transactions, corporate law, real estate as well as aviation law and international arbitration. He has been with SK&S since 1999. He focuses on M&A and real estate transactions, restructuring projects as well as mergers, divisions or transformations of companies. He has participated in numerous international arbitrations under the rules of the Vienna Arbitration Court, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICC.
