Cameron Taylor
Biography
Cameron is a partner in the Corporate team at MinterEllisonRuddWatts in New Zealand. He advises local and international clients on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, IPO’s and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in the New Zealand market, as well as in New York and London where he worked for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He is admitted to bar in both New York and New Zealand. Prior to his legal career, Cameron was an international athlete and competed at the Olympic Games. He is currently Chair of the board of Athletics New Zealand.
