Biography

After 15 years in various large firms in Paris, Rachel Ashley co-founded the Parisian law firm, Astine, in 2011. She is a Corporate-M&A lawyer since 1997. Rachel mainly advises foreign companies or international groups, which set up or invest in France, in particular in the industrial, real estate, IT and service sectors. Rachel offers personalised support at all stages of acquisitions or sales of companies (cross-border or domestic), due diligence processes, equity investments and partnerships. Rachel also assists managers and shareholders in their transfer or restructuring operations, contributions, sales/acquisitions of businesses as going concerns or branches of activity, and in all other corporate matters.
