Biography

Andrea Metz is a Corporate / M&A Partner at Luther. She has nearly 20 years experience in advising national and international investors with regard to acquisitions (structuring, contract negotiations and due diligence). Moreover, shez advises companies and investors on a regular basis in the field of restructuring and insolvency, frequently in cross-border situations. Andrea Metz is also coordinating the activities of Luther‘s German-French team. After her studies at Johannes Gutenberg university in Mainz, Andrea Metz completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the London School of Economics. For the duration of one year, Andrea Metz was working at the German Legal Desk of Luther‘s associated law firm in New York. Before joining Luther in 1999, she worked as an inhouse legal counsel at Stella AG in Hamburg with a focus on corporate law/M&A and capital market law.
