Valter Võhma

Biography

Valter Võhma is a corporate partner and an attorney-at-law at Law Firm Hedman Partners. His special focus lies within the start-up, technology and M&A sector. Valter has advised numerous high-profile start-ups, technology companies and investment funds in raising funds/granting investments, respectively. In addition to financing he also has extensive experience of advising on the full range of local and cross-border corporate and commercial matters. Valter serves as a member of the EstVCA (Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) legal committee. He is also an active mentor and regularly gives lectures in various start-up and technology events.
