Biography

Dr. Bagci is a Principal at the Brattle Group with over 20 years of experience advising on the economics of competition, regulation and damages assessment. She has provided economic analysis on matters concerning: dominance, vertical restraints, anticompetitive foreclosure, discriminatory and excessive pricing, coordinated conduct, information exchange, price fixing, cartel overcharges, merger assessment, and State Aid. She has provided economic analysis for clients throughout in-depth competition and regulatory investigations and in commercial litigation and international arbitrations.
