Sarretta McDonough

Biography

Sarretta McDonough is Associate General Counsel, Antitrust and Litigation, at Intel Corporation. Sarretta joined Intel in 2018 after practicing at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represented multinational clients in connection with competition issues around the globe. Sarretta’s practice spans a wide-range of competition issues, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, cartel investigations, and competition counseling. Global Competition Review recognized Sarretta in 2018 as one of the leading practitioners in competition and named her a “Future Leader” in 2017. Sarretta is a member of the California Bar and a solicitor of England and Wales.
