Biography

Felix Blobel is a partner in the Berlin office of Noerr LLP and a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital practice group. The main focus of his practice is on advising growth companies, founders and international investors on equity capital financings, acquisitions and exit transactions. The JUVE Handbook on German Commercial Law Firms ranks Felix Blobel as one of the “leading names” in Venture Capital in Germany. Felix serves as a mentor and advisor to international founders and start-ups at Berlin-based German Tech Entrepreneurship Centre (GTEC) and the Berlin Start-Up Academy. He is also qualified as a notary in Berlin. Felix studied law in Hamburg, Dresden and London and served as the Joseph Story Fellow at Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Noerr LLP, he worked for another leading international law firm.
