Biography

Torsten Engers is partner of Flick Gocke Schaumburg and active in the Frankfurt office. His work focuses on corporate tax and international tax law, in particular structuring of cross-border investments (inbound and outbound), mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, business taxation, and taxation of real-estate transactions. Torsten was born in 1973. He studied law at the University of Mainz, where he also wrote his doctoral thesis. Since 2003 Torsten is active as a lawyer and since 2006 as a tax advisor. He is also a certified expert advisor on international tax law. Torsten is a visiting lecturer at the University of Frankfurt.
