Aseem Chawla is a Member of Bar Council of India, and Fellow Chartered Accountant and certificate holder of Comparative Tax Policy & Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Aseem is the Practice Leader at ASC Legal, Solicitors & Advocates in New Delhi. He has extensive experience in advising on a variety of tax matters including international tax, inbound and outbound investment structuring and cross-border tax issues, corporate & business advisory, exchange control & regulatory and money laundering laws.
