Biography

“David Jervis is Co-Head of Global Tax at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, a leading international law firm. David is responsible for the Eversheds Sutherland tax practice outside the US where he leads the delivery of advisory and transactional Tax services to the firm`s clients, much of which is international in nature and regularly involves cross border elements. This includes multi-jurisdictional reorganisations, acquisitions and divestments as well as advice on commercial and operational structures. David is instrumental in driving tax strategy at the firm and is a regular speaker at international tax conferences on the impact of international tax reform both in the UK and elsewhere. In particular David has been working with US colleagues at Eversheds Sutherland LLP on the impact of US tax reform on businesses located outside the US. David is a qualified solicitor and chartered tax advisor and recognised as a “leading advisor” in the UK in the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories”
