Biography

Pieternel is a Senior Tax Associate for Benelux law firm NautaDutilh. She advises Dutch and international clients on a wide-range of tax-related matters, including corporate restructurings, financing transactions, share/ bond issues and mergers and acquisitions. She obtained a degree in Tax Law from the University of Groningen in 2012 and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar the same year.
