Biography

Larissa focuses her practice on matters related to banking, payment methods, capital markets and technology, with emphasis on regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and the Brazilian Securities Commission – CVM. She counsels financial and payment institutions, FinTechs, market infrastructure, among other market players from these sectors on a wide range of matters, including regulatory consultancy, approval applications, electronic platforms and digital businesses, international investment and foreign exchange, derivatives, compliance and administrative procedures. Larissa also participate on corporate/M&A and capital market transactions involving regulated entities.
