Marc Meyers

Biography

Marc Meyers heads the Luxembourg Investment Management team of Loyens & Loeff. Marc specialises in advising clients in respect of the structuring and regulatory work for Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate/infrastructure and debt funds. Marc is an active member of several working groups within the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), as well as the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). Marc is a lecturer in Luxembourg investment fund law at the University of Lorraine. He is a member of the Luxembourg and New York Bars.
