Biography

John joined Apollo Global Management in 2006, where he is Chief Legal Officer. Previously, John was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he served as head of Mergers and Acquisitions and co-head of the Corporate Department. Earlier in his career, John was Chairman of O’Sullivan, LLP, which specialized in representing private equity investors. John serves on the boards of The Legal Action Center, New York University School of Law, Environmental Solutions Worldwide, and the American Investment Council. He received his J.D. from New York University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Albany.
