Biography

Mr. Landa is a partner in Davis Polk’s Investment Management/Private Funds Group, where he advises fund managers on the formation and operation of private funds. He also provides regulatory and compliance advice and advises clients on secondary transactions and acquisitions of investment advisers. Mr. Landa also represents several institutional investors that invest in private funds. Mr. Landa is recognized as a leading fund formation lawyer in various rankings, including Chambers Global, Chambers USA, IFLR’s World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers, IFLR1000, Legal 500, International Who’s Who of Private Funds Lawyers, Expert Guides: World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers, World’s Leading Investment Funds Lawyers and Best of the Best USA.
