Peter Gibbs
Biography
Peter is responsible for legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds. Peter became Chief Operating Officer for Permira Debt Managers in October 2014. He is responsible for all operational aspects of the Permira Debt Managers business, with a particular focus on capital raising, legal and compliance issues as well as the investment process. Peter oversees the finance and administration function. Prior to joining Permira, he worked as a solicitor for Clifford Chance in the Private Equity Group.
