Susanna Berger

Biography

Susanna Berger is KKR’s General Counsel for Europe. Prior to joining KKR in 2009, Ms. Berger practised at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP's London and New York offices and in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She was also European Corporate Counsel in the London office of Avenue Capital Group. Ms. Berger holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Chicago Law School and received a Ph.D. (equivalent) in law from the University of Salzburg, Austria.
