Biography

Mark Mifsud is a corporate partner in Fried Frank's Asset Management Practice, managing partner of the Firm's London office and a member of the Firm's Governance Committee. Mr. Mifsud represents international clients in a broad range of transactions, with an emphasis on advising private fund managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds and also secondaries, incentive schemes, carried interest arrangements and co-investment plans. He also counsels private investment managers, significant limited partners and other parties on related matters and general corporate finance. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Mifsud was a partner at an international law firm.
