Biography

Dee Dee Sklar is Vice-Chair Subscription Finance, Asset-Backed Finance, Wells Fargo Securities LLC. The global team provides financings to Private Equity/Alternative Managers focused on varying strategies. Coverage includes clients located in the US, Europe, and selectively Asia and Latin America. During the past 14+ years, financings have totaled ~$341 billion to over 755 funds. Ms. Sklar is a member of the ABF Management Committee, SFG Management Committee and Co-Head of WFS NY Women’s Network. Dee Dee is a Women in Fund Finance Board Member (and recipient of its first annual contribution award), member of the Financial Women’s Association NY Corporate Board Committee, Women’s Bond Club and a member of KPMGs Women in Real Estate Committee. Ms. Sklar speaks regularly at industry conferences and provides articles to industry publications.
