Biography

Lior Ohayon is a partner in Willkie’s Asset Management Group. He advises domestic and foreign banks, financial services companies and investment management firms on fund formation and restructurings, liquidity events, employee compensation and regulatory matters across asset classes and investment structures in the U.S. and abroad, with a particular focus on the representation of bank-affiliated sponsors of private equity and real assets funds. Chambers USA (2018) ranks Lior among the leading individuals practicing in the area of Investment Funds: Private Equity Fund Formation in the United States. Lior was also named to Private Funds Management’s 2015 list of the top 30 private funds lawyers under 40.
