Biography

Dovile Burgiene is a managing partner at WALLESS. For the last 10 years and prior to co-founding WALLESS, she has been a partner at the leading business law firm in Baltics. Dovile lead the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, where she oversaw and supervised most of the M&A, private equity and venture capital deals that the firm was involved in during those years and in many of them participated in the capacity of the team leader. Dovile is an internationally recognized professional and highly recommended by international legal directories, including IFLR 1000, Chambers Europe and Legal 500. Dovile is an officer of the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and had been a speaker and moderator in a number of events organized by the committee. Dovile is also co-founder of a Lithuanian organization set up to encourage women’s leadership and career advancement, ensure gender balance in leading positions in the public and private sector and bridge the gender pay gap.
