Alan Fuller

Biography

Alan Fuller is a partner with McCann FitzGerald in Dublin and his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and equity capital markets. He has a particular expertise in the technology sector have advised having advised on numerous trade and private equity investments and divestments in the sector. Alan is a Council member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce having been elected to the role at the beginning of 2016.
