Ileana Glodeanu is a Partner with Wolf Theiss who has been with the Bucharest office from its establishment in 2005, when she joined Wolf Theiss as a Senior Associate. A talented Corporate/M&A lawyer, with a high competence and enjoying high positive name recognition, Ileana is extremely active and advised on many major transactions concluded in the last years in Romania. Ileana has a high profile as a leading expert with a particular focus on energy, TMT and pharma. She also excels in employment and insolvency restructurings.
