Biography

Alex is a partner at JunHe’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Strategy Committee. Alex has been practicing law in New York since 2003. Alex has significant experience in corporate, M&A, finance and FDI matters involving China. He also advises US clients on complying with China’s rapidly developing laws in areas such as anti-bribery, anti-monopoly, labor and employment, and national security. In addition, Alex acts as outside general counsel for many Chinese clients doing business in the U.S. (including some of China’s largest developers, banks and manufacturers) and links them with U.S. lawyers and other professionals.
