Biography

Simeón is Partner in EY, responsible in Barcelona of the legal M&A area with almost full dedication to Corporate and Commercial Law and Legal M&A. He has provided legal advice to domestic and multinational companies operating in a wide range of industry sectors. In particular, assisting projects relating to Power & Utilities (Renewable Energies), Pharma & life sciences, Innovation, Software, Biotech, Retail and Leisure & Hospitality. Simeón has a broad experience in advising venture capital and private equity entities, in cash-in and/or cash-out operations.
