Biography

Laurence Naughton is Member at Mintz in its Corporate Department. His practice focus includes representing high growth companies, frequently in the technology industry, and the venture capital and private equity investors in those companies. He has extensive M&A experience, representing both financial and strategic acquirers as well as targets. A significant portion of his practice involves cross-border acquisitions and financings, and he regularly counsels non-U.S. clients in connection with their U.S. activities.
