Biography

Patrick Scott is Associate General Counsel, Global Head of M&A for HP Inc. Patrick leads a team of lawyers advising on HP’s global acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments, integrations and other general corporate advisory work. Before joining HP, Patrick was in private practice for over 12 years living and working in New York and London, where he focused on cross-border transactions for a range of publicly traded and private companies. Patrick received a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in History from Stanford University. Patrick is based in Silicon Valley.
