Biography

Anna Jonsson is a partner at Vinge with more than 20 years of practice. She worked at the firm between 2003 and 2011, advising national and international clients in M&A and corporate commercial matters. Anna re-joined Vinge in 2017 after seven years of practice as general counsel at a Swedish dairy company, which during her service was acquired by French Lactalis, one of the world’s largest dairy groups. This gave her an opportunity to lead a large international sales transaction also from an internal perspective, including a carve-out with separation issues prior to the sales transaction, as well as a subsequent long-term integration process with the new owner including a complete restructuring of the group. During her practice at Lactalis, Anna took the responsibility for legal matters covering the operations within Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Poland, the Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including compliance and general corporate matters. Anna was recognized in the Legal 500’s GC Power List for the Nordic region during her service as general counsel.
