Emmanuel Genequand

Biography

Emmanuel Genequand leads the Regulatory & Compliance Services practice. He is a qualified lawyer and has been specialising on financial markets, banking law and regulatory matters since 1995. Prior to joining PwC, Emmanuel was a partner at a major Swiss law firm. He has extensive experience in advising financial institutions on legal, regulatory and transactional matters and is responsible for regulatory audits for numerous banks and securities dealers as well as QI and AML audits. Emmanuel is teaching on financial services supervision at the University of Geneva. Emmanuel was a member of the International Affairs Committee of the Swiss Funds and Asset Managers Association and is currently chairing the EXPERTSuisse Expert Group on AML that is liaising with FINMA on AML matters and a member of the Capital Market and Technology Association Advisory Board.
