Martina Kelly

Biography

Martina Kelly is Head of the Markets Policy Division within the Financial Regulation - Policy & Risk Directorate of the Central Bank of Ireland. In that role Martina is responsible for the formulation of policy related to the regulation of investment firms, investment funds, regulated markets and market infrastructure. Martina has considerable experience in investment funds policy having led the Central Bank’s investment funds policy team for many years. She represents the Central Bank at various domestic and international fora including the ESMA Investment Management Standing Committee and is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.
