Biography

Petrus has over 20 years of practice experience. He is Head of the Alternative and Private Investment Funds Group at Drew & Napier LLC which is one of the largest law firms in Singapore. Drew & Napier LLC is a full service independent firm and is currently celebrating its 130th anniversary. His practice includes advising on fund managers and investors on alternative \ private investment funds, fund corporations, limited partnership funds, trusts and their investments acquisitions and divestments. Drew & Napier LLC was the Singapore Legal Consultant to the International Lead Consultant in the Singapore Variable Capital Companies Project initiated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
