Biography

Adam Johnson is senior vice president and associate general counsel at Cohen & Steers, a global investment manager with a focus on real assets, including real estate, infrastructure and commodities. Mr. Johnson oversees legal matters for the firm’s institutional and non-U.S. products and services, including marketing of separate account and subadvisory services, and distribution of private and non-U.S. funds. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2007, Mr. Johnson worked as counsel at AB and as an associate at Clifford Chance. He has a BA from Brigham Young University and JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar and based in New York.
