Biography

Jeremy is a Partner of Deacons in Hong Kong and Head of the Firm’s Financial Services Practice Group. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1991 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1992. He specialises in Financial Services with a particular emphasis on retail investment funds. He also advises on a wide range of securities, licensing, compliance and regulatory issues pertaining to the asset management industry.
