Biography

After 8 years as legal counsel then Deputy Head of the Legal Department in Employee Savings at several big Asset Managers, he joined Amundi in 2008 as Key Accounts Sales Manager. At the end of 2013, he created and took responsibility of the “International Pension Solutions” Legal Department in the context of international development of Amundi. Skilled in European Pension Law, Employee Savings, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan, he also shares his expertise as Professor of European Pension at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Florent Gauthier holds a post-graduate degree of Business Law and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
