Biography

Amy Wareham is an Executive Director in EMEA GSAM Legal responsible for funds and fund distribution. She is Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Fund Services Limited, GSAM’s European fund management company. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Amy spent 10 years at Deutsche Asset Management as a Director in both the Legal and Divisional Control departments covering the alternatives businesses.
