Biography

Dr. François Rayroux is the head of the Investment Management group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He advises a number of Swiss and international financial institutions in all banking, asset management and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on fund management and distribution as well as all types of financial products, in particular derivative instruments. Considered as a leading lawyer in banking and asset management law in Switzerland, Dr. François Rayroux has been consistently nominated by major directories as an expert in these fields. 'Stellar lawyer' François Rayroux is praised for being 'an outstanding figure' (Chambers, 2018), commentators enthuse: 'He's seen it all and done it all' (Chambers, 2017).
