Biography

Youssef Djehane became a partner at Gide in 1994 before co-founding BDGS Associés in 2013. Youssef’s practice focuses on listed companies transactions, including takeovers, restructurings of their capital, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes. He has recently represented Crédit Agricole Assurances on its acquisition of the majority of the Comexposium Group from Charterhouse Capital Partners , Carrefour on its joint-venture with Système U, Natixis on the sale of its stake in Caceis to Crédit Agricole, Crédit Agricole Assurances as reference shareholder in the context of the public offer initiated by Gecina on Eurosic, and Groupe Fnac on its public offer for Darty Plc.
