Biography

Kate Romain, Partner, Bredin Prat (France) Kate Romain is a partner at Bredin Prat and has been with the firm since 2006. She specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and handles matters involving both privately and publicly held companies. Her practice also includes advising clients of all nationalities in connection with their minority investments, strategic alliances and joint ventures. She deals with issues arising under US and French laws related to such transactions. Prior to Bredin Prat, Ms. Romain was counsel at Paul Weiss. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.
