Sergio González Galán

Biography

Sergio González Galán is a partner of the Corporate Department of Garrigues, where he has spent his professional career. Sergio heads up Garrigues’ Corporate Governance practice area, advising some of Spain’s largest listed and private companies on such matters. Sergio also specializes in mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing transactions (Telecom&Media, Energy and Retail are his main sectors), having advised local enterprises and multinationals on domestic and international deals. Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Euromoney’s Experts Guides have named Sergio as a leading lawyer in his main areas of practice. In addition to his degree in Law and Business Consultancy, Sergio has degrees in Political Sciences and Sociology.
