Biography

John G. Chou is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Business Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation with responsibility for legal, regulatory affairs, strategy and business development. Prior to being named to his current position in June 2017, Mr. Chou was AmerisourceBergen's Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Before joining AmerisourceBergen in 2002, he was a corporate partner in the Philadelphia office of a large, regional law firm. Mr. Chou has been practicing law for over 35 years and previously held senior legal positions at other public companies and at large law firms in New York and Philadelphia. Mr. Chou is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
