Biography

Leigh M. Harlan is Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Tiffany & Co., reporting to Tiffany’s CEO. She serves on the company’s executive team and is responsible for Tiffany’s legal functions worldwide, including corporate governance, global compliance and privacy, litigation, intellectual property, employment, securities, strategic transactions and contractual matters. Ms. Harlan joined Tiffany in April 2012 and was promoted to her current role in May 2014. Prior to joining Tiffany, she practiced corporate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
